What are All-on-6 Dental Implants?
All-on-6 is a dental procedure that is used to reconstruct a person’s mouth when they have lost a significant number of teeth in one or both jaws. This process allows an individual the option to replace all of their teeth with six natural-looking and feeling dental implants. All-on-6 implants typically do not require bone grafting, so they are the perfect solution for patients that have low bone density or volume in their jaw.

PROCEDURE
Solutions like All-on-6 implants allow a full of set of teeth to be placed in the lower or upper jaw. We ask for at least 4 business days to be able to plan the surgery, take impressions and be able to send to home our patients with temporary dentures and wait for healing the second phase, which would be the placement of attachments and definitive dentures or fix dentures should be expected 3 to 4 months later after that means you only will need to come 2 times to Mexico whit 4 days each time and you will be finish procedure.
1.- Evaluation
The dentist will evaluate your oral cavity for treatment planning. To keep a record, they will take pictures, X-rays and CT scans. They will also identify the need for any pre-surgery procedures.
2.- Prerequisite Procedures (If Needed)
To make the implant site as healthy as possible, some basic procedures may be done. These include RCT, scaling, and filling.
3.- Bone Grafting (If Needed)
A minimum bone height and width are a must to support the implants. If you have bone loss, your dentist may recommend a bone graft surgery, which helps bone formation.
4.- Implants Placement
The implants are placed in position according to their diameter and length, first the mesial implants are placed and last the distal implants.
5.- Temporary Denture
Temporary dentures are inserted immediately following tooth extraction and implant placement, they'll help protect your gums while you heal and make the transition to permanent dentures easier.
6.- Hybrid Acrylic Fixed Denture
After 4 month's recovery we are ready to place the permanent fixed denture, the All on 6 treatment was originally designed with Fixed Hybrid Restorations, this restoration has been in place for over 40 years.

Snap-on Dentures
They are basically removable dentures; they Snap-On on either side of the dental implants that are put in to hold the dentures in place.
Fixed Denture Implants
This is similar to the Snap-On denture but the biggest difference is that you cannot remove it. There are different materials, hybrid acrylic denture, metal-based porcelain/acrylic denture, and zirconia denture, depending on your bone condition and budget.
